APARTMENT BOOKING
To book an apartment please select one or several flats and fill in the blank of order. It is also possible to check their availability via email or phone. You can find our contact information on the website.


PAYMENT
Please pay for the whole rental period in cash after your check in to the apartment or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your arrival.

It is necessary to pay for the whole period of staying in apartment the day of your arrival. It's necessary for us to know your stay period to make further reservations.



OUR SERVICE
You are not required to pay extra money for the service.

Our clients are not charged for the service we provide. We get reward from landlords whose flats are offered on our website and meet the following guidelines:

CHECK-In and CHECK-Out Policy
Checks-in and checks-out are as flexible as possible in order to save your money

You can check in from 13.00. If it's neccessary to check in early in the morning please reserve the flat for one extra night before your arrival and you will be able to move in it as early as you need. In case the apartment is vacant it's possible to check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra payment. If not, you should wait untill 12:00 or 13:00 to check in.

Check out time is12 p.m. but if the flat has no further booking it's possible to check out after 12.00 if you need. Late check-out before 8 p.m. will be charged of half apartment price, after 8 p.m - the full apartment price. For late check out please let us know beforehand.

PREVIEW OF APARTMENTS

All flats that are distributed on the website have detailed photos of them. If you want to preview apartment before your check in it's possible in case it's vacant. Preview is not possible if the apartment is reserved or occupied. In this case you can see it at check out time only. Apartments are not shown while other clients staying there. Photos of the apartments represent the facts.

RENTAL COST INCLUDES:
Rental cost includes all taxes.There are no hidden charges or fees in the price.
Hot, cold water and public ameneties, local phone calls.
Bed and kitchen outfits, towels, bed linen, iron and iron-board.
Apartment cleaning once in a week and bed-linen changing.
Additional cleaning services are provided upon request for extra charge.

DAMAGES
After check in please make sure that everything works properly and you are satisfied with apartment condition. Before your check out the manager will come to check everything and take the keys. In case of any loss you will be charged equal to the extent of damage.
